Barre Blend: A barre inspired class designed to target and tone those deep muscle tissues. A great low-impact, high energy burn!
Cardio Dance: A hybrid of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to popular music. It’s the type of exercise that feels more like a party than anything else. Don’t be fooled though; this is a body-burning experience!
Flex & Flow: This mobility focused class uses movements and techniques to improve flexibility, balance and strength, while increasing the range of motion in your joints. Flex & Flow is a high-energy, low-impact option designed with everyone in mind!
Full Circle Strength: A choreographed weight lifting class that will challenge not only your muscles, but your karaoke skills too!
High Fitness: A ZERO equipment, full body HIIT workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, strength, and cardiovascular health.
Pedal & Press: A 45 minute high energy ride including hills, sprints, and flat roads with segments of free weights that will have you singing and sweating! *Space is limited, sign up is required.
Pedal & Push: This class is the perfect combo of strength and cardio! You will get your heart rate up with 30 minutes on the bike followed by a 30 minute bootcamp style class. *Space is limited, sign up is required.
Run Club: A team building class where you get to choose your level of cardio. We will start with 30 minutes of running/jogging/walking on the track and finish with 30 minutes of strength and stretch. Get your miles in while getting to know new people and learning that you might be faster than you think you are!
Strength: A strength and resistance class designed to build muscle, shed fat, and get your heart pumping. *Strength Express offered as a 30 minute class.
Tabata: An interval focused strength class - 20 seconds of push-it-to-the-limit weight exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. To take Tabata is to love Tabata. The intervals help the time fly by!
